1. How to buy our products?
We currently process orders through our Instagram and Facebook pages.
​​Our website is only for displaying products, so you won't be able to purchase items directly from the website.
​So please bear with us as we work to make our store more accessible.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Venmo/Paypal or Cash.

3. What shipping methods are available?
- Self pickup: You can pick up your order at these locations
* Ding Tea Taylorsville
* Hi Tea Herriman
- We can deliver to you within a ten-mile radius from Jordan Landing.
If you’re further away, we will ship your order with a third party delivery service and you will pay for the shipping fees.
4. Do you ship packages internationally?
As a new and small business, we currently ship all states of the US.
5. What’s your return/ refund policy?
Our products are handmade by order. Thus, we can’t offer return, refund, or exchange once we start making your order.
If there are mistakes on our end when you receive the final product, please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to make it right for you.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order 8 hours before your pick up time. If you choose to be delivered, you can’t change or cancel once your order is shipped.
7. Where is my order?
You can message us about your order anytime. Shipping with a third party will have a tracking number.
8. How many flowers are there in a bouquet?
We currently have three sizes, mini, small and medium.
Mini: 3 flowers
Small: 6-7 flowers
Medium: 10-11 flowers
Large: Coming Soon
9. What if I want more?
We offer personalized photos with an additional fee to your bouquet. Dm us for more.
10. Any other products in the future?
We are doing our best to give you more beautiful gift options. As soon as we have something new, we will publish it on our website and social medias.
